The result is a tool that not only improves your workflow process, but also accelerates the effort to resolve discrepancies between your company and your customers/suppliers.

 

Global Upside's Image Storage service provides a tightly integrated "package" that allows our customers to view all relevant images hyperlinked for uncompromised access. The association of these images can change as our customers' needs change. Documents electronically stored can originate as either invoices, fax or text files and you can perform a search for relevant images just by clicking on a particular data element.

 

For example, a typical voucher package may contain images/links of the following source data:

 

• Your purchase order
• Receiving ticket(s)
• Manager approval
• Supplier invoice
• Cancelled check

You also control who has access privileges to images in this database.
