Kerry DeHority has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, the latter half focused exclusively in the technology sector. Most recently, Kerry spent 5 years as an officer of JDS Uniphase, one of the fastest growing fiber optic component companies in the world. First as Vice President/Controller and later as Vice President of Business Development, he was an instrumental member of The Board that negotiated and integrated several multi-billion dollar acquisitions. Prior to joining JDS Uniphase, Kerry was the Chief Financial Officer of Enigma Logic, where he packaged the company for a successful acquisition by Secure Computing (Nasdaq: SCUR). Previously, he was responsible for one of the quickest turnarounds of a technology company in history. Kerry’s public accounting experience includes seven years with Ernst & Young. He has successfully completed the CPA licensing requirements in California and Virginia.
Raju Bhargava previously worked at ASA Computers, where he served as Vice President of ASA’s Networking Division and as Vice President of Operations since 1995. Prior to working at ASA Computers, Raju was the Assistant General Manager of Teletube Electronics, then ranked as one of India’s 100 largest companies, where he was responsible for development, manufacturing, and international marketing of specialty tubes. From 1985 to 1994, Raju was the Deputy General Manager Operations for Weston Electronics in India, where he was responsible for their various manufacturing facilities. Prior to Weston Electronics, Raju held several senior Project Management positions at various high-tech companies from 1978 to 1984, including Philips Electronics. He holds an MBA in Finance from Delhi University, India, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Kashmir, India.
Ragu Bhargava has over 20 years experience in corporate finance, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Since January 2006 Ragu is self-employed as a consultant and real estate developer prior to which he was the Chief Financial Officer of ActivIdentity Corporation (formerly ActivCard Corp.), a leading enabler of digital identity assurance, where he started as VP Finance in March 2004. From June 1999 to March 2004 Ragu served as the Corporate Controller of NetIQ Corporation, a leading provider of systems and security management and web analytics software solutions. Prior to NetIQ he was the Chief Financial Officer of Systems America, Inc., a provider of SAP implementation services from April 1998 to May 1999. Ragu was employed by Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1988 to 1998 and was a Senior Audit Manager at the time of his departure. He is a CPA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Alaska at Anchorage and a Bachelor's degree in Science from University of Rajasthan in India.
