Global Upside offers "Redundant Entry Processing" under which transactions not otherwise verified by the system are entered twice and compared for accuracy, (either 100% or based on statistical sampling) to improve the quality of data. This "Enter-Enter-Check" method is most valuable for applications that have limited internal self-validation of transactions.
A key quality measure for us is to find the number of exceptions for a customer diminishing over a period of time. This is due to several factors:
- Careful hiring of accountants who have appropriate experience and an aptitude for process discipline, from the large pool of qualified individuals in India, and from the extensive training we supply
- Proactively working with customers to streamline the business processes as we notice repetitive exception conditions that can be corrected
- Consistent application of tribal knowledge gathered from customer staff through customer-specific business rules
